Waterloo Manor is a 56 bed Hospital located within a therapeutic setting. We provide a high quality, multi-professional, specialised assessment and treatment for women with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours
To prepare, cook and serve food of the highest standards appropriate to the needs of the patients and staff.
To assist the Head Chef in the regular review of menus in line with patients’ and staff requirements, including the provision of special diets.
To take responsibility for hygiene and safety standards where appropriate.
To communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure the provision of relevant, appealing diets.
To help ensure the effective control of raw materials, labour, equipment and supplies costs in line with allocated budgets.
To ensure stock rotation is undertaken.
Kitchen ‘HACCP’ and ‘House Rules’ are adhered to and compliant in line with Environmental Health regulations
To ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
To ensure that the kitchen and surrounding areas are kept clean, safe and secure at all times
Ordering of supplies is carried out in line with the Company’s protocol and procedures.
Full time- 4 shifts a week 9 -17.30pm and alternate weekends
